Weekly Symptom Reviews
Symptom Reviews (SRs) are questionnaires that ask you to provide updates on your symptoms such as pain, nausea, vomiting, and more. Your reported symptoms will be shared with your doctor, who will review them regularly.

View symptom trends, care team feedback, and follow-up recommendations all in one place.
How do I know my symptoms are reviewed?
You'll be notified when your care team reviews your SR. If symptoms appear urgent, your doctor may follow up or adjust your treatment.
Missed an SR?
If you miss an SR, your care team may remind you to complete it. Missing two in a row may lead to account deactivation.
Urgent Symptoms After Submission?
Fill out a Symptom Review Update.
You can fill out a Symptom Review Update. Go to the My Care tab and tap ‘Symptom Review Update’.
You may only submit this update once per week.

The Wave Health App enables patients to track symptoms, medications, and other important health activities in real-time, while allowing healthcare providers to effectively monitor and guide patients during their treatment.

Learn about your role in the program:
Track Your Symptoms & Treatment Activities
Keep track of your symptom changes as they occur — including pain, fatigue, and cardiovascular symptoms. Wave Health will alert you when symptoms are progressing, and remind you to speak to your doctor when necessary.
Respond To Weekly Symptom Reviews
Each week you will respond to a Weekly Symptom Review (WSR) in the app. These surveys become available every Saturday. You will receive a report with trends on your symptoms.
Additionally, your care team may request a Weekly Symptom Review Update (WSRU) once during the week. Please respond to these at your earlier convenience in order to provide consistent updates to your doctor.
Complete In-App Questionnaires
Complete short surveys throughout your involvement in the pilot — including a profile survey at the beginning, and a feedback survey at the conclusion of the pilot.
